Below you will find descriptions of all hotels used by SSAI. The secretariat cannot guarantee availability and reserves the right to check delegates into other alternatives in case the preferred hotel is fully booked.

SGS Veckobostäder – Student accommodation
Utlandagatan 24

SGS Veckobostäder offers self-catering rooms at comfortable distance from the venue (approx. 10 minute walk). All rooms have private WC and Shower, linen and cleaning is included. Breakfast is not included but all rooms have access to a shared kitchen. Please note that SGS has got limited opening hours, pre arrangements may be necessary for collection of keys.

How to book Accommodation
Accommodation reservations are taken together with your registration. The rates are in SEK and inclusive of breakfast (except of SGS Student accommodation) and VAT. All rooms have a private bath or shower. To reserve a room, please book on the registration form, either online, or by downloading the registration form in Pdf format from December st 2006. Please note that all reservations require a credit card guarantee, to get the reservation confirmed! After July 15th 2007 we can no longer guarantee reservations.
Cancellation of Accommodation
Cancellation of accommodation can be made before 15 July 2007. After 15 July 2007, a cancellation charge covering the first night is charged. Please communicate any cancellations to the Registration office at the Congress Secretariat (See also details under "contact").
