Delegate Fees
Please see below for the registration fees that include the following:
- Access to all open sessions
- All Congress material, including the abstracts
- Lunches
- Coffee/Tea at breaks
- Welcome Reception at the Convention Centre
- Ability to attend the Banquet at Restaurant Trädgårn at a discounted price.
All fees are in SEK, the official currency, SEK is equivalent to EURO 0,11 or USD 0,14(january 2007)

* Regulations for Value Added Tax (VAT)
Swedish tax legislation requires participants to pay their registration fee either including or excluding Swedish VAT (Value added tax).
- Delegates from a company/organisation within the European Union must state their VAT registration Number to be able to pay the Congress fee excluding VAT. If no VAT registration number is given the fee will include VAT.
- Delegates from a company/organisation outside the European Union pay the Congress fee excluding VAT.
- Swedish delegates must always pay the Congress fee including VAT.
- Hotels, social events and fee for accompanying person always include VAT.

Written confirmation acknowledging receipt of registration and payment will be sent to applicants. No registration will be confirmed until registration fees have been received.
Accompanying persons
There will be several tours available for accompanying persons, please see the header Social Programme & Tours. In addition accompanying persons are welcome to join the evening activites for an additional charge (where applicable). Registration for these tours and evening activities are made together with the congress registration (please click here)
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellation of registration is subject to an administration fee of 350 SEK if the cancellation is made before 15 July 2007. After 15 July 2007, no refunds can be made. Please communicate any cancellations to the Registration office at the Congress Secretariat (See also details under "contact").
Your registration can also be transferred to a colleague within your own organisation, please also communicate this in writing to the Registration office.
